Make sure you have the latest version of Flash Player installed. Get it here.

I can't hear the audio?
Check basic volume settings on your computer first. It happens to all of us
As before, make sure you have the latest version of Flash Player installed. Get it here. Finally, make sure your browser is one of the following:
Firefox 1.1+
IE 5.0+
Safari 1.0 +

Where are the video controls; start, stop pause, volume, etc?
We use of a Flash video player that hides all video controls unless you mouse over the video. We think this is better because its less distracting.

How do I prepare my own V-sponse for upload?
Most computers these days come with basic video editing software you can use to make your video. Once complete please save your file as quicktime .mov, windows .avi, or .mpg file. To speed up the process of getting your video online please save the file to 360 x 240 resolution w/ mp3 audio.

My V-sponse is taking forever to upload. What's Up?
Please take note of the basic video settings we provide above. Depending on your connection its going to take about 2-5 mins per MB.

Videos keep stuttering or stopping while I'm trying to watch them?
More than likely there is either too much traffic on your local network or you do not have a broadband connection. For those of you without at least a 500/kbps connection take note of the Runtime of each video. You may want to stick to the shorter clips.
